From us. In plain words, before your ad spend notices.
Book a 20-minute walkthroughWe'll open your funnel live and show you what we'd watch. No deck.
These three cost real money, and every uptime tool on the market calls them green.
A broken checkout doesn't pause your ads. That's the part nobody plans for.
Most teams find out the next morning, when the numbers look wrong and someone starts digging. By then you've paid twice. Once for the traffic. Once for the sales that never happened.
Twenty minutes. We open your funnel on screen and point at the steps we would put a check on.
A real browser walks the whole path every 30 minutes, from four locations. Not a ping. An actual trip through your buying journey.
It lands in Slack or Telegram. It says which step broke, what it means, and whether it's real.
Green or red. No dashboards to learn, no queries to write. The people we build this for told us the same thing: the value isn't the monitoring, it's being able to answer the question when leadership asks.
We will walk your opt-in, checkout and payment step live, and show you what an alert would look like when it fires.
Three new monitoring clients a month. Setup is custom work on your stack, so we only take businesses where it pays for itself quickly.
Let's talk anyway. We build the systems underneath revenue: checkouts, payment infrastructure, member access. Tell us where you are and we will point you at the conversation that actually helps.
Take the 30 second quizProfitable Media builds the technical infrastructure behind direct response and creator businesses: checkouts, payment systems, membership platforms, CRM integrations. The monitoring came out of watching the same failures happen to clients over and over.
We wouldn't be able to replace you with one or two high-tech level people. We'd have to find another company that understands direct response and what we're doing. A lot of people don't understand funnels.
There were issues on checkouts, on funnels, on conversions, and it was obviously costing us money. It was a big deal at the time. We've stabilised quite a bit.
Fixes are separate and only if you want them. If you have engineers, we hand them the diagnosis. If you don't, we do the work.
You already have the price. The call is twenty minutes on your funnel, not a pitch.
All of them are fair. Here's the honest answer to each.
You can, and for some businesses that's the right call. Those tools watch a standard funnel and tell you when a page goes down. If that's your whole problem, buy one.
Here's what they can't do. They can't tell you a member was charged twice, because that charge succeeded. They can't tell you a subscription renewed at the wrong price after a migration, or that someone lost access while their payment is current.
Reading any of that means knowing what the right outcome was supposed to be: which plan, which date, which access level. That isn't in a generic checker. It only exists if someone understands how your stack was wired together.
We're not selling you a tool. We're selling the configured version of one, on your stack, watched by the people who build these systems for a living.
Your developers are building. That's what you hired them for, and it's where their time is worth the most. Watching a funnel is a different job, and it's a job that only pays off when somebody does it continuously and nobody does it heroically.
We don't replace your team. We hand them a diagnosis. When something breaks, your developer gets the failing step, the request log and a screenshot, instead of a customer complaint and an afternoon of guessing.
Plenty of our monitoring clients have strong engineering. They use us as the alarm and keep the fixing in house. That's a good outcome.
Very few, and that's deliberate. A monitor that cries wolf gets muted in a week, and a muted monitor is worth nothing.
Every check runs from four locations and has to fail in more than one before it alerts. A human reviews the first two weeks of alerts with you and tunes the thresholds against your actual traffic patterns, including your own test orders and your scheduled maintenance.
If an alert reaches you, something is wrong. That's the standard we hold it to.
It's the best time. Migrations are where the expensive failures live: subscriptions that renew at the old price, members who lose access while their payment is current, cards that stop working on one gateway and not the other.
Those don't show up as errors. They show up as a slow leak that somebody notices a quarter later.
We've migrated live subscription bases twice for an eight-figure membership business. If you're moving carts, payment processors or member platforms, tell us on the call and we'll say plainly whether to start now or wait until the cutover is done.
Two to three weeks. We map your funnels, checkout, payment and member flows, then build the checks against your actual stack. You'll be in a shared channel with us the whole time.
Most of the clients we work with do. Usually it watches whether pages respond, which is useful and not the same thing. On the call we'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether this adds anything. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
No. The monitoring stands on its own. When we find something, you decide whether your team handles it or we do. Plenty of clients use us purely as the alarm.
We open your funnel on screen and walk it (opt-in, checkout, payment step) and say out loud what we'd put a check on and why. No slides. By minute ten you'll have seen the product applied to your own business, and you can decide from there.
We'll walk it live and point at what we would watch. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you on the call rather than after.
